Cruise Energy Group started with the practice of engineering activities as oil and gas service company by sister company BOP Technologies Limited, which was practicing as Consulting Company in 1985 and BOP Technologies Limited became limited liability in 1993.

BOP Technologies Ltd  had been practicing as oil and gas service company in Germany and Nigeria.

In 1995, Cruise Petroleum Company Limited was established as a
downstream oil and gas company. Cruise Petroleum had been operating as a  petroleum marketing company in Nigeria with very steady growth over the last 10 years. Cruise Petroleum had been trading in oil and gas in Europe during the last 8 years.

In order to consolidate the business of Cruise Petroleum, Cruise Energy Group had been set up to offer comprehensive energy solutions worlwide.
